While no company can legally guarantee the removal of accurate information, we can guarantee our commitment to performing the services outlined in your agreement.
90-Day Compliance-Based Guarantee
If you fully comply with all requirements of our program and do not experience any measurable positive movement on your credit profile during your first ninety (90) days of service, you may qualify for our 90-Day Compliance-Based Guarantee.
90-Day Client Success Guarantee
We are so confident in our process that we offer a 90-Day Client Success Guarantee.
If you fully participate in our program, satisfy all eligibility requirements, maintain active account status, and do not experience any measurable positive movement on your credit profile during your first ninety (90) days of service, you may qualify for a refund review under our Client Success Guarantee.
To remain eligible, you must:
✓ Provide a copy of your government-issued photo identification and Social Security card within five (5) calendar days of enrollment.
✓ Forward all correspondence received from any credit bureau, creditor, debt collector, collection agency, or furnisher of information within ten (10) calendar days of the date appearing on the correspondence.
✓ Maintain all existing accounts in good standing.
✓ Avoid applying for new revolving or installment credit accounts unless specifically instructed by your Credit Specialist.
✓ Complete any recommended credit-building actions within thirty (30) days of recommendation.
✓ Avoid acquiring any new collections, charge-offs, repossessions, foreclosures, judgments, tax liens, bankruptcies, or late payments after enrollment.
✓ Remain current on all payments owed to Masters Credit Consultants.
✓ Maintain uninterrupted access to the required third-party credit monitoring service throughout the entire guarantee period.
✓ Ensure your file does not enter a Pending, Suspended, On-Hold, Inactive, or Non-Serviceable status for any reason.
Important Notice
The ninety (90) day guarantee period applies only while your account remains active and serviceable.
If your account becomes pending, suspended, inactive, or non-serviceable due to:
• Declined payments to Masters Credit Consultants;
• Declined payments to the required credit monitoring service;
• Expired payment methods;
• Insufficient funds;
• Cancellation of credit monitoring;
• Failure to provide required documentation; or
• Any other event preventing us from servicing your account, the guarantee period will automatically pause until your account returns to active status.
Any time spent in a Pending, Suspended, Inactive, On-Hold, or Non-Serviceable status will not count toward the ninety (90) day guarantee period.
